[Bug] Socom 3 huge frame rate dropp when looking at the sun [SCUS-97474]

With default speed settings in the first mission when you look at the sun the frame rate droops to single digits but the system still shows 60fps 100%
(Software mode doesn't help the framerate)
Funny thing is that i don't get this frame rate drop on pal version.
