Press F5 until the shaking goes away.
Press F9 once for software mode to fix the shadows. Slow but no other way.

No it works in hardware too just put the skipdraw hack to "3" no graphic problems then.

Uh, plenty graphic problems with skipdraw, including missing map or objects not showing.
