Also you didn't expand the "View problem details" tab, so we cant see if it's just pcsx2 or one of the plugin dlls causing the crash.

Try to disable automatic gamefixes (the "patch by ckemu should go away) and also try to reset the VUrec options (the clamping and roundmodes).
If that doesn't help, please attach your memory card here. I have this game.
Also we know it's currently not working right due to some very strange SPU2 initialization bug.
Music is missing due to that.

Just wanted to add that the music and sound effects seems to work fine in rev 1159, don't know if it can be of any help with that issue.
