Not a proper bug report, moved.

PC specs? PCSX2 settings?
Don't mount the ISO, use Linuz ISO cdvd plugin to load it instead.

i'd be a shame to delete plus that offtopic question.....so not gonna Laugh plus....ur guide on how to config the game...
it has alotta choices D: maybe considering putting a guide for recommended plugins/config settings then at the end putting the additional settings/optinal settings and other plugins if the recommeended don't work? i'd make it ALOT easier to follow ^^ anywayyyyy love ya all Laugh peace

---edit: hey...anyone know why the game runs so slow? is it my computer, the emulator, or the game?

Different games will run differently, some games will cause Pcsx2 to go into a comma(TalesOfLegendia) Pcsx2 is a WIP
but back to the question of your computers power. Intel® Core™ 2CPU 4400 @ 2 GHz is at the bottom of the scale, you didnt mention your GPU but really your CPU will be a bottle neck, though a 3.6 GHz duo wont always mean a perfect frame rate
I can play FF12 without any speed hacks at a constant 50fps while playing DQ8 i get slowdowns 36 to 45 fps in open area`s and i have a intel duo @2.13 with a 1 gig nvidia gt230m 4 gig

You have a slow CPU and I suppose a slow graphics card as well (you didn't mention which you have). You also didn't post your full settings (screenshots are better for this, config > cpu, speedhacks, graphics, advanced are the most important) so it's difficult to help. Also what exactly is "so sloW? How many FPS do you get?

btw i got Nvida Geforce 8500 GT
i posted the graphics settings o.o

Graphics: GSdx 890 (MSVC 15.00, SSE2) 0.1.14
config:
resolution: windowed
renderer: direct2D 10 (Hardware)
Shader: Pixel Shader 2.0
Interlacing: None
Aspect Ratio: 4:3
D3D internal res: 1024-1024
SW rend. threads:1
checked: NLOOP hack, Texture filtering, Alpha correction(FBA)

and didn't touch them speedhax, cpu, and advanced

and by slow...i mean it works fine(the emulator)
when i play DBZ Budokai 3, at the menu, the character sounds are normal but when i go into a fight/battle/practice/training and i attack, the voice slows down and so does the animations
Don't think FPS can describe the sound slowing down too (FPS is frames per second right?)

when i play Megaman x7, the entire game is slowed down. the characters read their text slowly, walking is like crawling on your feet, and dashing is like walking >.<

its probably my slow CPU....ty guys xP least it works ^^

try changing the internal res to native, that should help. i set mine to 720 x 720 which performs well but doesnt look too ugly
Also you could try the recommended speed hacks because they can give large speed ups
