[Bug report] emuLog Fatal Frame 3

when I try to start the program all i get is this in the emulog

Action canceled: Startup aborted: User canceled FirstTime Wizard.

I've looked around but I can't seem to find a answer to what I think is probably a simple and stupid answer...

ok, so now I have the game running, Which I don't know how i did, I messed with the game resolution and such, but now the game runs really really slowly and the audio is all choppy which I can only assume is from said slowness.

so what do?

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

CPU: Intel i5 2.53 gHz
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT
Memory: 5.8 GB
OS: Windows 7 64 bit

Version of PCSX2: uh, idk, I downloaded Fatal Frame 3 and apparently it came with it, but unfortunately my computer doesn't recognize Russian so it all shows up as ?'s

everything is on default. except the resolution which i turned down to 800x600

the game I got was Fatal Frame 3, playing it off ISO i guess.
