Bug when playing Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance

When I start the game, already in the initial screen of presentation of the flaws in the image, the print that I took does not show the image behind, but he even shows the video with these errors on top, and in the game he keeps locking down all the time his speed
 
tested several .iso, the error is the same

i think you may need to enable fast invalidation hardware hack for this game
CPU : I7 2600K Oc'ed @ 4.2Ghz
Mobo : Intel P67 southbridge
GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti
