I'm planning on building a new computer. What I have currently works (Just in general, but not for PCSX2), but is a little slow. I don't need anything major (I will not be running Crysis or anything like that). Running PCSX2 is probably the most complex process/program I'll be running, so I was wondering what is recommended to make PCSX2 run just like a regular PS2? Also, will it run on Windows 7 64-bit?

you will need something far more powerful than minimal requirements for crysis.

Just buy the fastest dual core you can find + a gpu like 9800GT should be ok.

Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

What would be the ATI Radeon Equivalent to the 9800GT?

yeah. pcsx2 is much more demanding to CPU than Crysis Smile
Phenom II X4 940 3 Ghz / 8 gb RAM 800 / Geforce GTX 460 / win7 64
