Burnout 3 Slow gameplay

So yeah I downloaded Burnout 3 for my PCSX2 (r5773) and whenever a race or any kind of game mode,it goes to 20-30 fps which is quite slow.Anyone mind helping me out with this and yes Merry Christmas or Happy BDay to Jesus
