EE Timing Hack fix does not work.
Changing Plugins does not seem to work.
EE/IOP on defaults
VUs on defaults
Version of PCSX2 = 0.9.9.4918 (svn) but same issues with current stable release too
Have checked all other threads on similar issues but no fix found, and one that waffled on for 6 pages about AMD vs Nvidia >_>
Any ideas on a way to fix this please?

It doesn't fully fix it, it only removes the purple tint, and doesn't give reflections, and instead of a purple sky, I get white with distorted clouds (very odd looking).

The other 'fix' was NOT using GSdx SSE2, did you try the SSSE3 and SSE4 versions?
