CDVD plugin error

Hi, um.. I got this strange problem. Everytime I try to boot from an ISO in PCSX2, I tried the original disc and same problem. On the PS2 it works fine. This error msg pops up :-

Oh, ok. I'll upload it now. Um, btw, I tried changing the CDVD to read from the plugin instead of Iso. And, now this error pops up.

If it's set to Iso, this error pops up -

And, when I click, OK, the console shows this :-
