CDVD plugin failed to open.

Hi I'm new to this so please excuse my lack of knowledge with PCSX2
ok so i have downloaded the PCSX2 1.0.0 and got the BIOS from my PS2 (very hard to do but did it) and (hopefully) configured every thing correct. i don't know if i may ask this or not but can you guys help me configure my plugins here is my pc's stats

CPU : Intel Core 2 Duo E7300
RAM : 5120MB
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT
I am running Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I have many knowledge with PC and PS2 but not with PCSX2
i am trying to run the game from my DVD rom but the problem is when i try to run the thing it says the following

"CDVD plugin failed to open. Your computer may have insufficient resources, or incompatible hardware/drivers.

Press Ok to go to the Plugin Configuration Panel."

this is my current configuration settings

Make an image out of the disc using imgburn and running that through the built in ISO reader and that should get rid of the error completely.

still doesnt work says please insert a playstation 2 disc or playstation 2 format disc

Use "iso" instead "plugin" at CDVD tab, select the image from the "Iso selector", and then go to system tab and Boot CDVD (fast).

PS: and make sure the original DVD is not in the tray.
