CDVD plugin not working?

I cant seem to get the beta version of the emulator working, when i load the .mds file this is what jumps on the screen:

Use an ISO image instead of a .mdf.
If you can't for some reason, try NOT using the internal iso loader but selecting the Linuz ISO CDVD plugin,pressing configure and selecting the mdf image, then File->Run CD/DVD

Is the image used by any other program(mounted for example)?
i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM

This was the problem, It was mounted in Daemon Tools, thank you very much for the help.

Altough I still cant play Bhreat of fire (i get 35 fps with VERY SLOW sound and graphical glitches).

Anyway, thank you two for helping.
