Hello, when I play this game on PCSX2 it slows down a bit to 40FPS, but the game generally runs at 40-60 FPS.
Is this normal? I heard that this game has problems with operation.
If I remember correctly, when I played on the original PS2, there were the same speed drops, does it work like on real hardware?

Have you already tried speedhacks in the emulator settings?

I'm using version 1.7.0, I've enabled the Vu1(MTV) and VU1 hacks. I have optimal frame stacking enabled.
Is there anything else that can be done?

Maybe. Can you activate the OSD informations and take a screenshot during the frame drops? And as basic information, you can please post the emulog for the helpers here. In the emulator, click on „Tools” and tick „Enable File Logging”. Then the emulator creates a emulog.txt file in the „logs” folder of PCSX2. At the moment it looks like it is more of a VPS than an FPS thing if the game really does have the same frame drops on a real PlayStation 2 (someone please correct me if i am wrong).

I'll do it for a long time. And do I have good equipment for most games? In Poland, everything is already used, because they don't produce this console anymore.

I checked versions 1.6.0 and 1.7.0.
I feel a big change. 1.6.0 means up to 25 FPS and a lot of graphic bugs, while 1.7.0 is ok.
Although I prefer this laptop to my old junk.Maybe it's possible to set something in the nvidia panel?
