Call of duty 3 not working properly.

So I downloaded and installed PCSX2 and got a call of duty 3 bios working. 
In my config it says I am using lilypad controller plugin with keys mapped out already (A is to press the X button)
But in game, where it just notifies me about the autosave feature, it says "press X to continue"
No matter what key I press, nothing happens, and I've tried all the keys.. Please help.

at this state, I guess you should have tried to configure by yourself... anyways :

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
