I tested r4250 built with cmake, the Langs folder is a sub folder under $HOME/PCSX2/
Nonetheless, zh_TW can be detected if put its mo files into $HOME/PCSX2/Langs/zh_TW/
However, It should be given pcsx2's main directory as relative path for the Langs folder, e.g.
