Can I Change Memory Card Sizes If Already Formatted

I am already partway through a game, and I noticed that the Memory Card was only 8 Megabytes, I was wondering if I could change this without losing my save data, and if so, how?

I figured it out, you have to convert it to a folder, then back to a memory card of whatever size you want.

You could also stick to folder mode if you only use PCSX2. There is no real downsides except less than 10 games not using it properly.
