maybe you can get an 30-45 fps on kingdom hearts im not sure.. but try enabling all speed hacks and it will give you some fps boost...

is your rig a desktop?

cpu is enough for both kingdom hearts games. gpu probably is not enough for kh 2. (ofc you must tweak the emulator PERFECT)

i second to that iakoboss7 oh iako.. btw is vu cycling at 1 and speed hack EE at 33% required for a dual core e5400 at 3.48 ghz?

for kh? i dont think any cpu above 3ghz needs speedhacks for that game.

I get full speed on both easily and BOTH my CPU and GPU are weaker than the ones listed above

Fraid you're wrong though Saiki, your 8600gt will blow the crap out of a 310 even though it's several generations newer than yours. The 310 is a productivity (translation not designed for 3d gaming at all) graphics chipset... That said, as long as he does native resolution he should be fine to play KH1 in most situations.
