I've run J&D and Jak 3 at full-speed. I haven't played through the entire game, but as far as I played they didn't seem that hard to run. I just tried a R&C demo, and that's a lot slower than the Jak games.

Jak 3 can be brutal at points. The Ratchet and Clank games are nightmares. I was doing some testing on Locked and Loaded the other day, and it was brutal.

AMD Athlon X4 860K
Without speedhacks(default settings except 3x scaling)on Ratchet and Clank 1 I often see the fps going down to 70 and my cpu has around 50% more power in single threaded performance
Gran Turismo 4 - from what I tried,the speed didn't go below 100fps
Dragon Ball Z Infinite World - the game is not hard to emulate so you'll probably get a lot more than full speed
