Can I use a USB stick to move save to my PS2?

As the title says can i use a thumbstick (or my ps2 memory card usb dongle) to move saves TO my PS2 from PCSX2?

I have extracted the save as a .psu with myMC but dont know wheere to go next... if its possible?!

i don't quite know how to do it with a modchipped ps2, but if you have a ps2 with the memory card exploit then it is possible, it's not that hard either, it should just be a case of letting ulaunchelf do its thing with the psu file after you plug the usb stick into your ps2
