Can Someone Help Me?

Hi, im new to the forums. Im having trouble starting up PCSX2. It keeps saying that im missing the MSVCR.100 file. I installed Microsoft C++ Redist. Package and DirectX. I dont know what else to do!

Hey, a couple of questions.

What version of PCSX2 are you using and what OS are you on?
Is your OS fully up to date?
Where did you install it?
Are you an Administrator on your computer?

To tell you exactly what happened, my computer crashed... I had to reboot my whole system two days ago. I managed to save all of my data but now I cant access pcsx2 or the dolphin (gamecube emulator). They both say that I am missing a file.

My operating system is a 64 bit and I am using pcsx2 1.0.0
