Regardless, the issue has been pointed out, if one of the mods could lock the thread we can move on.

The OP should try what I suggested on post 9. It sounds like he is using the generic vga crappy driver that Windows defaults to.
Once that's all said and done the next complaint from the OP will be about low fps in games.
