My Sys Specs Are:
Intel Core2Duo CPU E4500 @ 2.20GHz
1.5GB RAM
Nvidia Ge Force 8400GS
OS-Win7 Ultimate 32-bit

Can any one give best settings for GOD OF WAR 1 To increase speed?

I would suggest keeping the native res with DX10 renderer. and then enable the P.scan in the options in the game and use all the speed hacks.
There is a bit of flickering if you increase the Vu Cycle stealing bar but its playable.

you have a weak GPU and quite a weak CPU for a very demanding game like God Of War.
Set gsdx internal res to native, both clamp modes to node and read NHS post. It'll help.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

It's always the same for almost every game: native res with Direct3D 10 (hardware) helps increasing FPS; enable all speed hacks or try different combinations (some speedhacks reduces FPS instead of increasing it); try to set clampe mode in both EE/IOP and VUs to none (I personally never had any result from doing this but worth trying Tongue).
Do it and you MIGHT reach a decent speed, but your PC specs are too low.. you need at least 3.0Ghz for the CPU (i have AMD Phenom II X2 545 processor 3.0GHZ and almost every games work fine) and 2GB Ram if you are using windows 7
