Can i run PCSX2 on my laptop?

Just curious if i can at least run the emulator at normal settings at a solid framerate. Silent Hill 2 and 3 in particular)

GPU Intel hd graphics 620 4GBmemory
Ram 8GB DDR4

Native hardware mode or maybe even 2x upscaled. I recommend using the latest intel hd driver that got released a few days ago along with OpenGL renderer.

well you can defiantly run PSCX2 on your system.
but how well it performs on certain games is quite subjective.

For example games like FFX and Kingdom hearts ran at 100% with my old AMD 2.5 Ghz dual core(this thing was ancient, your's is faster, trust me) with no speed hacks or anything,
But any of the Insomniac games like Sly Cooper or Ratchet & clank and i still get large lag spikes and frame drops with my FX-8350(4.2 ghz, 8 cores).
I'm not sure how intensive the silent hill games are.
