Can's save profile in Burnout Revenge

I get this error:
"Save failed. An error occurred while saving game data to memory card (PS2) in MEMORY CARD slot 1."
I tried changing cards, reloading etc. Nothing worked so far, anyone can help me with that?

Can you try booting to BIOS and load your memory card in Browser?

Just want to check if it was already formatted.
Where did the emulator was put on? Is it in the location that probably requires an admin privileges?

It was formatted and working for few days and then it stopped. Emulator is in the location that does not require admin priviliges. Fortunately I had the game state saved so I created second memory card and used it to save game again. Working for now, hopefully it won't happen again, but I still wonder what might've happened.
