There are supposed to be two graphs since you have a dual core CPU. It's not a PCSX2 issue since you are effectively using a single core PC right now. Either your BIOS is misconfigured or your ACPI settings.
Maybe ask a techie friend or relative to help you?

interocitor is talking about your PC bios, not pcsx2 bios.

Be careful. This is not a trivial procedure! You should be absolutely sure about what you are doing. Maybe research the problem a bit.

edit: Are you talking about the PS2 BIOS? I was talking about the BIOS of you PC ^^

I have researched and found that i have one of my cores unrecognized , disabled or destroyed. If you know a way to enable it please post it .
