can someone help what version of pcsx2 i should use to play dragonball z budokai 3 and battle stadium don

Always a good idea to use the latest public version. You could always try the beta too, but support for it could be iffy.

To be honest though... Any version would run slowly on your computer. Unless you're willing to spend money to upgrade, I'd stick with the PS2 and TV.
