Can't Figure Out How To Run an ISO file?

I've spent hours reviewing other threads to try to find a solution but I still can't get it.

I'm trying to play an ISO file of Kingdom Hearts that I've already extracted and placed in the "bios" folder (now says "Disk Image File" for Type in Windows Explorer). I've already tried running the PCSX2 application and changing CDVD to Linuz Iso CDVD 0.9.0. and pressing Configure. Decompress and Compress buttons do absolutely nothing and the program STILL won't read the file.

Do I need the physical Kingdom Hearts disk to run this?

You nees it to extract the iso, of course.
Maybe you didnt do it correctly ?

If you have the disk then make an iso from img burn and run your game!

I don't have the disk. Just IOS.
