Can't Find Cause of Input Lag/Delay

I'm getting input lag in PCSX2 and can't seem to solve it. It's about .25-.5 seconds. It's happening in Tales of the Abyss, the only game I have downloaded atm. V-Sync is turned off, I am getting 60 fps, and it happens with both keyboard and controller. What else could I try to fix this? Thanks for your time.
