Can't boot anything

I'm not the one with the problem... I said it worked fine for me.

Well PCSX2 creates the MEC and NVM files (dummy files or w/e) if they aren't there. It did that for me when I put my BIOS in there and worked just fine. But in his case for some reason PCSX2 still doesn't seem to have permission to 'write' the files to the folder.

Seems like some kinda massive permission screwup since the problem exists in 1.0.0 too.

But lol ya... quitters gonna quit~

Well you see i work for a living, and i just don't have the time and patience to mess around with some emulator for half a day.
And yes, i have the admin rights. And read/write/modify permissions.
