Can't change resolution or any video settings

no not the window size the game itself. I know this emulator can upscale i've seen the video's so how the f do i get it to do it, do i need some special plugins or something Huh

ok
if u already set it in the gsdx, it should works
the title bar there will still shows the native resolution
but u can see the difference with much clearer output
try 2 switch back and forth the resolution and u should notice the differences

look the same set at native and 1920x1080, i tried the game on my old ps2 on my old ass tv and it look better

can you show us a screenshot of it happening? also tick "texture filtering" as it will improve how the textures look (they can be quick crappy unfiltered Tongue)

Are you playing in software mode ?
It'll stick to native res if doing so.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

I put on the texture filter, changed the plugin, set the resolution to 3x native instead of 1080p and fiddled around with the settings and now it looks good and runs perfect.
