Can't find ISO file to load into PCSX2

I downloaded Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence (Disc 2) ROM from here

But when I try to load it on the CDVD tab of the PCSX2 emulator I can't find the ISO file to play it. How can I load this ROM to PCSX2?
