Can't get Xaudio to work

I tried DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010), and it still didn't work. I'm using 1.4.0 version

My specs are

• Windows 7 Ultimate Edition SP1 64-bit
• I7-6700 3.40GHZ
• NVIDIA Geforce GTX 950
• DirectX 11
