you seem to be lagging behind in actual system memory though 2 gig is pretty poor given that you are using win 7.invest in more..

Pcsx2 doent use a lot of Ram ( usually less than 512 Mb).
Adding more ram will help you to get a better system, but you wont see any difference with pcsx2.

Investing in more ram? I've never had any problems with RAM and gaming, or in windows 7.
EDIT: My budget is 100$, can't go any further then that Sad

U don't need more ram.pcsx2 only use little 200-250 mb i think.
I have also 2GB ram so don't worry Wink

Edit-u need a better Gpu instead of ram.a gpu with more vram should be good !

Although the video card could help getting better upscale it would not help much to resolve CPU bottlenecks (emulators use much pore CPU power than GPU, besides, most the graphics are processed by the CPU on PCSX2, via the VUs).
I see, I just saw the values of EE and the GS when I go to 3X native. I get EE to 90-100% and GS to 40-50%. So should I overclock my processor to 3.0Ghz or 3.5 ghz? My processor is at 43 Degrees under the most pressure.

That high EE% means the cpu is struggling so yes, overclock as you see fit.

First generation phenom, you aren't likely to get 3.5ghz. Of course, higher is better, so get it as fast as you can while watching temps to make sure it isn't passing 55-60c.

So it will be too unstable to go up to 3.5ghz?

My old Athlon II could be overclocked via FSB by about 400mhz before becoming too unstable. Of course there was no multiplier for my chip.
