Can't open iso's

Hello i'm really new to pcsx2 so I can't really figure out what my problem is I'm running on the latest macbook pro you can get, i've got the nvidia cg frame work that you're supposed to download and of course the latest pcsx2 software. When I try to open up my iso I get this:

* so after a little bit more searching I realized I didn't select my bios, I'm dumb.
