For your information defragging has absolutely no impact on PCSX2 speed ( i think this is pretty obvious,except if you are using a 15 year old 5400 rpm HDD) but you are welcome to try it

if your pc is fragged your os runs slow. which DOES have an impact on pcsx2. so yes a fragmented pc has impact on pcsx2
my pc hit the pits once. my FPS was crap. I defragged it, it ran better. my os got bogged down

update the plugin (and the directx)
use the beta but nothing...exactly the same...

fps between 25 and 33...

pcsx2 show me that cpu is working at 80% but task manager show me about 50%...
is this because pcsx2 works with 2 core max?

Is your pc overheating? Do you have any power technologies enabled? What processes do you have running? What's the processor load GSDx shows (top right pcsx2 screen value)?
