Can't run the game need help

ok so I got the BioS working using ZeroGS or SSE2

and either way I can only start up the BioS menu I can not get it to run the game ?

so what am I doing wrong

caz when I go to Cdvd I click on select on my game and pick one of the images ( from My U.S.A Silent Hill 4 The Room game ) and I still only get into the BioS menu

so what am I doing wrong ? or what did I miss
