Can't switch between holding and toggling turbo? (Nightly)

Hi,
Before I was able to have turbo toggle and stay active without having to press down the key the entire time but now I can't seem to figure out how to do it anymore, it'll only activate if I keep the button pressed. I went through the emulation & hotkey settings and tried rebinding everything but couldn't seem to find anything that'd fix it, does anyone know what the problem is?

There's a 'Toggle Turbo and 'Hold Turbo" on the latest build. I think the developers have heard you. You should update and check it out.

if you're using the toggle, you need to turn that off to use hold, i think.
