Can you edit existing widescreen paches for 21:9 ? (and a windows 7 question)

1.6.0 stable is the last to officially support it. There are a few 1.7.0 builds that support it but there wasn't a lot of changes in them so I'd just go for 1.6.0.

And as far as nightly builds go ? I'd really like to keep a copy of one of those to, you never know.

IIRC the last nightly build of PCSX2 to Support Win7 was from May 8, which is commit "8bf6ba1440" on github.

Ahm... in the latest builds i saw a commitment saying:

"nsis: Bump minimum Windows requirement to 8.1"

I hope that doesn't mean that PCSX2 wont even start on windows 7... and you can still set your own plugins or use GSDX Opengl...

If you select another sound renderer, that should work. But you will get other problems as Dev goes on.

Well worst case i wont use newer pcsx2 builds and that's it. Windows 10 has been nothing but a nightmare and i hate it, i don't plan on wasting my time with windows 10 till the next version of LTSC comes out in 2021, even that i'm not sure of it.

Ok, you can stay with older builds, then. Just keep in mind we don't support them, thus we won't be able to help you
