I have looked on Google and some people were able to use ENB or an FXAA tool on PCSX2. I was wondering how this is done as i havnt seen any tutorials online anywhere.

Can anyone help? is it possible to use either on PCSX2?

probably.
but since this version you're talking about is old and unsuppoted, I don't see why we would make a tutorial.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
