Cannot Create File error

I'm trying to get this to work on my secondary PC and I keep getting this error whenever I try to run a ROM. Tried attaching a picture but it wouldnt display, so I uploaded it.

If anyone knows how to get this fixed, I'd appreciate it. It says the file cannot be created, but its there. I even tried deleting it to see if it would go ahead and create it. Nope.

I've never had a problem until this, great emulator!

try 1 if it didn't work try 2


1- run PCSX2 as Administrator

2- use the binary version of PCSX2 instead of the full Installer which can be found also in the homepage !
