Cannot run Gran Turismo 4 in PCSX2

I cannot run Gran Turismo 4 ISO in PCSX2. PCSX2 cannot show the cars during the races. Can anyone help me?

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7400
Motherboard: ASUS P5KPL/1600
Display card: Galaxy 9800GT 512MB
Memory: Samsung DDR2 4GB
OS: Windows Vista Ultimate 32bit
