Cant even start up the new bata version

ok so heres my problem the new beta version r-1888 i cant even start is up any more it says "the application has failed to start becuse its side-byside- configuration is incorrect. please see the application envent log for more detail." and this has never happened b4 i had it running on windows 7 32bit windows vista 64bit and now on window vista 32bit it does that and i have no clue what to do...yea i think thats long enough...

Redownload it, install it into a completely new directory. Making sure you're actually downloading the Windows installer and not the linux archive.

Install this and try again
