Cant play FF XII

Hello,

For some unknown reason, my Final Fantasy XII freeze everytime when the first boss of the game "Air Cutter" case "Air remoria", I never managed to get past that point. I tried switching from HW to SW with the help of F9, but it shows me black screen.

Can someone help me?

FFXII is 100% playable. I guess your PS2 disk or ISO file is corrupted. Can you post the emuLog.txt file?

Try running it from the original disc with cdvdGigaherz cdvd plugin.

I hope this is what you were asking for...
I am already using cdvdGigaherz cdvd plugin that Shadow Lady suggested for my other game (well FF X and FF X-2)...
The disc I found is NTSC version...Gonna try to get my hands on a PAL version

hmmm... the PCSX2 log file seems alright... now I can't say what it could be...
but I'd recommend you to update your PCSX2 from 0.9.7 to 0.9.8 r4600.
maybe this will help... I remember how some dude fixed a problem just by reinstalling PCSX2...
