Champions of Norrath Running Slowmotion

Hello so I've gone through numerous tutorials on youtube, and a few in the past on here for ways on how to make the game run without it being in serious slow-motion.

The game loads fine, the cutscenes are fine, but once I create a character and get into the game it slows down MASSIVELY.  Like major slow motion.  Not sure how to fix this, and would love any suggestions please.  Thanks!

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
