Regarding 0.9.6, Under CPU CONFIG, "Frame Limiting ( F4 key switches the mode in game! )" - -
I think I understand how that feature works.
I don't know how to compose my question without describing the situation....
Walking from one place to the next in the game Shadow Hearts:Covenant, I would prefer to speed the game up, say 75fps ( normal NTSC 60 ). When I am stringing together combat combos that require precise timing of the buttons, I would prefer to slow the game down to about 45fps. ( In other words, Cheat.)
Is there a way to use the Frame Limiting settings to allow that? Is there some other method to speed the game up and slow it down without going through the menus?
