Cheat code pcsx2 0.9.7

i've tried & tried but can't get cheats to work.. it has an option "enable cheats" but where is the cheat folder or menu? i tried creating a folder "cheats" and placed my pnach file
  1F159547.pnach (Size: 184 bytes / Downloads: 796) inside the folder, but it still doesn't work. please help, is the file wrong or something else? its a cheat code from http://uk.codejunkies.com/search/codes/S...13___.aspx
i converted it to raw and decrypted already still no work. please help

Those codes in the .pnach file are definitely not converted to raw.
Which codes do you want from that site

Edit:Try this but it's without the code for quick exp.(I wasn't able to understand how it works or omniconvert just can't convert it to raw)
