Your codes are encrypted with Codebreaker v1 (or v7) encryption, you must decrypt it first with omniconvert.

Hi I decrypted with omniconvert to raw with both codebreaker v1 and v7 input and nothing has changed. Not sure what to do from here. Maybe its how my file is being saved?

You're doing it incorrectly then.
You must convert the raw codes you've got from like this (Or you can just delete the "patch=1,EE," part and replace ",extended," with spaces of your already converted codes):

Then, you convert it into PCSX2's pnach format.

That seemed to do the trick. I guess I did it in the reverse order thank you!
