That's a Cheat Engine file. I suggest you use the pnach I created instead.
Assuming you have the NTSC (US) version of KH2, make a file called DA0535FD.pnach inside your cheats folder located in the PCSX2 folder. Then copy the content below in there.
If you want to disable a cheat from this list, simply change patch=1 to /patch=1 (comment it out).

Unfortunately i've downloaded European version by mistake, is there a way to convert NTSC codes into PAL ones?
