After getting persona 3 fes and beating it through i wanted to use the cheat that just immediately puts all personas in the compendium at lvl 0 ive been have trouble doing so since the PCSX2CE ive downloaded 8 times now never opens on the double click and i have the most recent version of java. Their is probably a simple solution im not seeing but can anyone help me
