Cheats not working for PCSX2 (The sims Bustin out)

Hello guys, i'm noob to pcsx2 but ive got a version 1.6.0 and i can't get the cheats to work on my game. I create file BF0D1E1A.pnach and enabled cheats, but its just doesnt work. It says Cheats are enabled. I'm playing probably the most less used game The sims Bustin Out. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Can someone help please.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):

Prepare to face other bugs with this model too.
I'm actually a bit surprised this game works well on that Ps2 console
